LEGO® Based Programs
Building connections, strengthening skills and creating opportunities through purposeful LEGO® play.
Let’s Connect: Building Social Skills with LEGO® (School Transition: 4-6 Year olds)
A fun, engaging and structured school transition social skills program for children aged 4–6 years, using collaborative LEGO® building challenges to develop essential skills for making friends and participating confidently at school.
Working in pairs and small groups, children practise communication, listening, turn-taking, sharing ideas, flexible thinking and problem-solving while working together towards shared building goals. These playful experiences encourage cooperation, confidence, positive peer relationships and a sense of belonging.
Delivered by experienced, certified facilitators with backgrounds in early childhood education, early intervention and inclusion, the program complements existing school readiness initiatives and provides meaningful opportunities for every child to participate, contribute and experience success.
Flexible delivery options include one-off, five-week and ten-week programs.
Brick Buddies: LEGO® Based Therapy Program (5-12 Year olds)
Brick Buddies is a neuro-affirming LEGO® Based Therapy program that uses children's shared interest in LEGO® to create meaningful opportunities for social connection, communication and friendship.
Through structured, small-group building activities, children work together to plan, create and complete LEGO® projects. Taking on different roles, sharing ideas, negotiating, problem-solving and working towards shared goals provides natural opportunities to practise and strengthen important social and emotional skills.
With supportive facilitation and a strengths-based approach, children are encouraged to build on their individual strengths, develop confidence, navigate social interactions and experience the rewards of positive peer connections in a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment.
Flexible options include a one-off session, a five-week program or a ten-week program.
