What is Accidental Counsellor?
The Accidental Counsellor program is an accredited course designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence to support people in crisis. It provides practical tools for managing difficult conversations and builds understanding of mental health and suicide-related issues.
Who is it for?
Accidental Counsellor training supports people from all walks of life to respond safely and effectively when someone they know — or encounter — is in crisis due to stress, mental health concerns, or other personal challenges.
Accidental Counsellor is for everyone, especially those working in customer-facing roles across client services, education, health, aged care, disability, personal services and team environments.
