Our Why
Empowered Minds Training & Consultancy was established because we have walked in your shoes. We’ve worked alongside educators, teachers, carers, social welfare workers, therapists, allied health professionals, families, and everyday people who find themselves supporting others—often without the training, resources, tools or support they need.
Through our work in early intervention, education, social welfare, and community settings, we saw how often caring, capable people were left feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. That didn’t sit right with us. We believed there had to be a better way—one that looks after those who care for others.
This work is at the heart of what we do. We believe that equipping people with the right tools, training, and support enables them to make lasting, positive change—without compromising their own wellbeing.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower people who support others to:
access specialised training, tools, resources, and ongoing support
feel confident, capable and well supported in their roles
build strong, respectful and supportive relationships.
Achieve better, more sustainable outcomes.
receive the recognition they deserve.
